Dr. Bilovsky is a Los Angeles native, and following graduation from the University of California, Berkeley, attended Northwestern University Dental School, graduating in 1968.

Following that, he completed an internship at the University of Chicago Hospital, and then completed a residency in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Valley Medical Center of Fresno, California.

He has been in practice in Sherman Oaks continuously since 1975.

Dr. Bilovsky is a member of the medical staff of several area hospitals, including Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center, Mission Community Hospital, and Northridge Hospital Medical Center.

He is a member of the California Dental Association, San Fernando Valley Dental Society, American Dental Association, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
